Spring is finally trying to poke through the deadness of Winter and I couldn’t be happier! Since I have decided that this will be the year of my return to film, I kicked it off this weekend by developing some Ilford HP5+ that I rolled last week. The shots are nothing fancy, nor were they intended to be. Rather it was merely a test of the shooting/developing combination that I intend on using the most, which will be HP5+ rated at 800 ASA and developed in Kodak HC110.
I’m pretty pleased with the results of this combination. Also tested was my “new to me” Helios 44-2 58mm f/2. I suspect that I will be using this lens exclusively for some time. So below are a few images from the short roll I shot and developed yesterday.

As always, thanks for your time and let me know what you do to get ready for the start of your photographic shooting season!
Happy shooting!
